The Library intends to play a role in supporting digital scholarship at HKUST.
Digital scholarship is research and teaching that is made possible by digital technologies. It is often composed of works that are born digital, such as data sets, digital texts and images in addition to large amounts of printed texts and images which have been digitized. See examples here, http://library.ust.hk/services/research-support/digital-scholarship/
